The directors of the Ozitem Group choose Andera Partners to support them in their capital restructuring
PARIS, 4 OCTOBER 2022 – François Espieux, director of Ozitem, and his management team have chosen Andera Acto (sponsorless franchise of Andera Partners) to provide support to the Group in the next phases of its development and to significantly increase its capital share.
Ozitem provides on-site technical teams to companies seeking to automate or implement IT processes and systems. The Group recently successfully moved towards the cloud by targeting the least mature segment of small-and medium-sized and intermediate-sized companies and distinguishes itself by its proximity with its clients as well as by its support services. With a team of 380 employees, since 2015, the Group has shown successful growth thanks to its cloud activities and generated a turnover of more than 40 M€ in 2022.
The goal of management is to rely on this new partnership to accelerate the external growth strategy.
This is the 15th investment of ActoMezz IV and the 8th investment of Acto Heritage.
