PM Studio Group, a major player in gifting, secondary packaging and bespoke accessories for beauty, luxury, fashion, jewellery and watchmaking houses, announces the acquisition of TNT Group, a recognised specialist in premium primary and secondary packaging solutions for the beauty and wines & spirits sectors. PM Studio Group has been backed by Andera Partners through its Andera Expansion strategy since 2024.

This acquisition marks a new stage in the development of PM Studio Group. By combining complementary expertise and know-how, the group strengthens its positioning and accelerates its international expansion, with the ambition of becoming an essential partner in these markets.

The acquisition of TNT Group by PM Studio Group creates a packaging player of international stature, representing approximately €130m in combined revenue and bringing together nearly 150 employees worldwide.

Co-founded in 2018 by Patricia Stranik and Sven Döbert, PM Studio Group has rapidly established itself as one of the leaders in its sector. Driven by average annual growth of more than 30%, the company generates revenue of over €70m, with more than 90 employees based internationally. PM Studio Group stands out for its proven expertise in the beauty and luxury sector. A pioneer in innovation and R&D, the group is also B Corp certified and holds an EcoVadis Platinum rating (top 1%). Based in Paris and led by Patricia Stranik, President & CEO, the group has been backed since 2024 by the investment fund Andera Expansion and has already completed several acquisitions, including By No and Édition Limitée.

Co-founded in 2013 by Toby Cattermole and Thomas Diezinger, TNT Group has established itself, from Hong Kong, Paris and New York, as a leading specialist in premium packaging, serving established luxury houses and successful niche brands alike. Its expertise in engineering and eco-design enables it to transform creative concepts into bespoke solutions. A market benchmark and a pioneer in the use of recycled zamak, TNT Group relies on a fabless model and a network of industrial partners in Asia and Europe, combining agility with operational excellence.

Thomas Diezinger and Toby Cattermole are reinvesting a significant share of their sale proceeds in the combined group, together with TNT Group’s key managers. Damon Kennish has been appointed CEO of TNT Group.

This transaction reflects a desire for long-term alignment and a collective commitment to a shared vision, while preserving the identity, agility and entrepreneurial culture that have contributed to the respective success of PM Studio Group and TNT Group.

To meet brands’ growing expectations, the group is opening up new opportunities through the complementary expertise and know-how of the two companies, across three key dimensions:

  • An expanded and complementary offering, covering the entire value chain, from creation to logistics;
  • A stronger presence in complementary markets, with major beauty and luxury groups, fast-growing niche brands and wines & spirits players;
  • International geographical coverage, with a presence in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America.

The group aims to become a platform for external growth and a leading global player.

Patricia Stranik, President & CEO of PM Studio Group: “With TNT Group, it was love at first sight. We share the same philosophy, the same DNA, the same absolute love of product and the same out-of-the-box thinking that drives us to keep pushing the boundaries of creativity. Bringing our worlds together is a tremendous opportunity. We now look forward to exploring together all the synergies that this combination makes possible.”

Thomas Diezinger, Co-founder of TNT Group: “We are approaching this new chapter with enthusiasm and eagerness. We are creating a global spearhead in packaging. The outstanding creativity of PM Studio Group, combined with TNT Group’s cutting-edge engineering, serving complementary projects and client portfolios, allows us to look ahead to the coming years with strong growth ambitions. We would also like to highlight that Oaklins’ support and professionalism were instrumental in the success of this combination, a key milestone in TNT Group’s history.”

Léopold Brichard, Partner at Andera Partners: “This combination with TNT Group marks a major milestone in the execution of the development strategy we have been pursuing alongside PM Studio Group since October 2024. The complementarity between the two groups is remarkable, spanning their respective sectors, commercial activities and geographic footprints. We are convinced that the combined entity has all the assets required to establish itself as the leading player in its market and to pursue both organic and external growth.”
