2025 Sustainability Report

At Andera Partners, we have long believed that our role extends beyond capital deployment.

As long-term partners to European SMEs and mid-caps, we support companies in building the foundations that create resilience over time, often starting from the very early stages of their sustainability journey. This year, we asked one central question: does sustainability actually create value? We believe it does. And this year, we set out to measure it.

A few milestones from 2025:

• 40+ companies were supported by Andera Partners in enhancing their sustainability performance;
• Nearly 20 companies embarked on the SBTi journey;
• Over €1.4 billion invested cumulatively in innovation in health and environmental transition;
• 70% of our portfolio companies have demonstrated sustainable value creation.

Each year, this report is a chance to take stock honestly: what has progressed, what we have learned, and where work remains.
