2024 Sustainability Report

We are pleased to present our latest Sustainability Report, highlighting the progress achieved by Andera Partners and its portfolio companies over the past year:

Climate – advancing decarbonization
Our climate strategy, aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), continues to expand throughout our portfolio:

• 25 % of eligible companies have now committed to—or had validated—their targets under the SBTi.

Biodiversity – addressing water-related impacts
We carried out our first portfolio-wide water risk analysis, marking a key milestone in embedding water considerations into our ESG assessments.

• Publication of a dedicated white paper on water risks and opportunities.

Innovative programs – strengthening portfolio resilience
We launched our inaugural Sustainability Seminar to support and engage our portfolio companies on critical ESG challenges.

• Over 25 participants took part in ten interactive workshops and webinars between September and April, fostering collaborative learning and accelerating sustainability action across the portfolio.
