His role will be to support the management company as it scales up, against a backdrop of solid growth in fundraising and renewals. This signing is part of Andera Partners’ ambition to reach €10 billion in AUM within 5 years.

Andera Partners continues its transformation and structural scale-up and confirms its position as one of the leading GPs in the European private equity market. This momentum has been underpinned in recent months by a number of major milestones, including the strategic partnership signed at the end of 2024 with New York Life Investments and Candriam, and the final closing of the Acto V fund at €1.1 billion.

Within this context, Bruno Angles becomes Strategic Advisor to Andera Partners. His role will be to support the strategic development of the management company, strengthen its position with major European and international institutional investors, and expand its network of public and private decision-makers.

This announcement comes at a time when Andera Partners is renewing all its investment strategies and is stepping up the diversification of its offer, particularly for retail investors, with the ELTIF certification of Andera MBO and Andera Rendement Privé. The management company is aiming to reach €10 billion in assets under management within the next 5 years, consolidating its position as one of Europe’s leading private market platforms.
