The Group offers a comprehensive range covering all major window and door opening systems, including sliding, tilt-and-turn and casement systems, as well as locking systems, handles, hinges, rollers, corner profiles and other accessories.<\/p>\n<p>Sotralu relies on an integrated industrial platform comprising four complementary sites located in France, Portugal and Italy. The Group generated approximately \u20ac45 million in revenue in 2025 and employs more than 200 people. International sales account for 75% of its revenue, with products sold in 46 countries to a loyal and diversified customer base of more than 300 clients. This broad product offering, combined with a recognised in-house engineering and design office, enables Sotralu to meet the most demanding specifications of aluminium system houses and window manufacturers across Europe and beyond.<\/p>\n<p>This European platform has been built through acquisitions, including Erreti in 2013, GNS in 2018 and FR Accessories (Ragni) in 2023. Each acquisition has expanded the Group\u2019s product offering and geographic reach. Following this change in ownership, Sotralu intends to use this new phase to accelerate its development through the launch of new products supported by its engineering and design office, the development of cross-selling opportunities between the Group\u2019s entities and continued international expansion. Further M&amp;A opportunities will remain a key driver of value creation for the Group.<\/p>\n<p>A senior financing package led by BNP Paribas, LCL and Caisse d\u2019Epargne complements the financing of the transaction and provides additional facilities to support industrial investments and future M&amp;A opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Sotralu\u2019s management team: <\/strong><em>\u201cWe are delighted to welcome Andera Partners as we enter a new phase of profitable growth for the Group.
