Both S4BT and TCT\u2019s Management were already in discussions when the PE Fund Andera Acto, specialized in Management sponsored transaction, invested in S4BT in January 2025 through its 5<sup>th<\/sup> vintage Acto V (\u20ac1.1bn fund).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the\u00a0addition of\u00a0HotelHub, S4BT\u00a0now\u00a0represents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>8 specialised corporate travel brands<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>More than $5 billion in annual hotel booking value (HBV)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Over 60,000 hotel bookings per day<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Access to more than 2 million properties worldwide<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>700 employees globally, with 50% dedicated to technology and product development<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S4BT was conceived to provide TMCs, corporate clients and the wider business travel ecosystem with a single, trusted technology partner covering sourcing, booking, customer care, payment, invoicing and financial control within a coherent framework. The acquisition of HotelHub allows the Group to deliver a fully integrated corporate hotel offering to all TMCs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Built on interoperable platforms and\u00a0open APIs, S4BT offers TMCs and corporates a powerful alternative to\u00a0closed, vertically integrated hotel platforms.
