Faced with competitors with a broad and extensive offer, the Gosto Group voluntarily limited its range of references in order to\u00a0 provide products with the best possible price-quality ratio, by means of a controlled offer, developed based on inter-compatible components able to intervene in many different combinations of products and immediate availability.<\/p>\n
With a turnover of more than 40 million Euros and sustained growth since its creation, the Gosto Group now seeks to rely on this partnership with Andera Acto in pursuing its organic development and above all, accelerate its external growth, specifically through the acquisition of companies in Europe, by benefiting from a still highly fragmented furniture distribution market.<\/p>\n
This sponsorless transaction facilitates the capital increase of Arnaud Gonnet, who takes over as president of the Gosto Group, and of the management team, while offering partial liquidity to the Founders who continue to support the development of the Gosto Group.<\/p>\n
