The Group recently successfully moved towards the cloud by targeting the least mature segment of small-and medium-sized and intermediate-sized companies and distinguishes itself by its proximity with its clients as well as by its support services. With a team of 380 employees, since 2015, the Group has shown successful growth thanks to its cloud activities and generated a turnover of more than 40 M\u20ac in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The goal of management is to rely on this new partnership to accelerate the external growth strategy.<\/p>\n<p>This is the 15<sup>th<\/sup> investment of ActoMezz IV and the 8<sup>th<\/sup> investment of Acto Heritage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Regarding this phase, Fran\u00e7ois Espieux states<\/strong> : \u201c <em>I would like to thank Andera and our advisors for their support in the sponsorless operation which was swiftly carried out.
