During this acquisition, BEA Group will pursue its growth and transformation objectives.<\/p>\n<p>Established in 2009, BEA Group is the leading French broker in civil medical liability for public health institutions. During these last few years, the group achieved very strong growth, and is now recognised as the leading player on its market. In the summer of 2022, the Management team, led by the founder of the group, Marco Favale, joined forces with <strong>Andera Acto<\/strong>, the team responsible for the sponsorless mezzanine strategy of <strong>Andera Partners,<\/strong> in view of accelerating the development of the group, notably by external growth.<\/p>\n<p>After acquiring an initial shareholding in the start-up Confiancia at the end of 2022, this first acquisition abroad enables the group to increase its international growth and business-line diversification.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding this operation, <strong>Marco Favale states <\/strong>: \u201c <em>The acquisition of Capanna represents a significant investment in the diversification strategy of the group. Through this acquisition, our group is transformed and makes a decisive move in the insurance industry.
