{"id":10202,"date":"2022-05-11T11:03:48","date_gmt":"2022-05-11T09:03:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.anderapartners.com\/?p=10202"},"modified":"2022-05-11T11:08:30","modified_gmt":"2022-05-11T09:08:30","slug":"hr-path-receives-e225-million-in-financing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.anderapartners.com\/en\/hr-path-receives-e225-million-in-financing\/","title":{"rendered":"HR Path receives \u20ac225 million in Financing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>HR Path today announced a new record<\/strong> round of financing<strong>.<\/strong> <strong>\u00a0With this<\/strong> <strong>new operation, HR Path intends to continue its international expansion and strengthen its status as a global leader in the HR industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This round combines the raising of external growth-oriented bank financing and a reorganization of equity around <strong>Andera Partners<\/strong>, a partner of the group since 2019, which is structuring a <strong>dedicated<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>co-investment<\/strong> <strong>fund<\/strong> for the occasion. The creation of such a fund for a company the size of HR Path is <strong>unprecedented on the market<\/strong>. This new financing method not only offers liquidity <strong>to investors and shareholders<\/strong> but also allows the international group to benefit from <strong>additional financial resources <\/strong>to continue its growth.<\/p>\n<p>The \u20ac<strong>225 million<\/strong> funding round was led by <strong>Andera Partners and a dozen of its subscribers, including Societe Generale Capital Partenaires (SGCP). <\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Six French banks<\/strong> (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale, BNP Paribas, Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Ile de France, Banque Palatine, LCL and Caisse d&#8217;\u00c9pargne Ile de France) have also subscribed to this operation. The assistance of<strong> Volt Associ\u00e9s, and this co-investment <\/strong>fund <strong>made this fundraising possible. <\/strong>\u00a0Andera Partners, the co-investment fund and SGCP remain minority shareholders of the group.<\/p>\n<p>HR Path&#8217;s services range from <strong>HR<\/strong> <strong>strategy<\/strong> consulting (Advise) through <strong>the implementation<\/strong> of software solutions (Implement) to <strong>payroll outsourcing<\/strong> (Run).
