Terms and conditions of use of the Andera Partners\u2019 subscription platform<\/h1>\n

Effective as of 01\/30\/2025<\/p>\n

The purpose of these general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as \u201cGTCU\u201d) is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions under which ANDERA PARTNERS makes the site and its services available and to define the conditions under which the \u201cUser\u201d may access and use the services.<\/p>\n

These GTCU are available on the site under the heading \u201cGTCU\u201d.
\nAny registration or use of the site implies the User’s unreserved and unrestricted acceptance of these GTCU. When registering on the site via the Registration Form, each user expressly accepts these GTCU by ticking the box preceding the following text: \u201cI acknowledge having read and understood the GTCU and I accept them\u201d.
\nIn the event of non-acceptance of the GTCU stipulated in the present contract, the User must renounce access to the services offered by the site.

\nThe investor.anderapartners.com platform is dedicated to distributors and investors wishing to invest in funds managed by Andera Partners. It provides a secure area where Users can log in to manage their subscriptions and access relevant fund information. To access the site, Users must log in using their email address and password.<\/p>\n

The site is accessible free of charge from any location to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User in accessing the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at the User’s expense.
\nNon-member Users do not have access to reserved services. To do so, they must register by filling in the form. By agreeing to register for the reserved services, the member User undertakes to provide truthful and accurate information concerning his civil status and contact details, in particular his e-mail address.<\/p>\n

To access the services, the User must then identify himself using his login and password, which will be sent to him after registration.
\nRegularly registered User-members may also request to be removed from the list by visiting the dedicated page in their personal space. This will take effect within a reasonable time.<\/p>\n

Investor.anderapartners.com shall not be held liable for any event of force majeure resulting in malfunction of the site or server, subject to any interruption or modification for maintenance purposes. In such cases, the User agrees not to hold the publisher liable for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.
