Managed by the EdRIP Small Caps team, CABESTAN Capital 2 has taken a stake in Loyalty Company to provide support to the group for its growth strategy.
Created in 2004, the Loyalty Company Group is a key player in customer marketing and communication. It operates through two agencies: Kiss The Bride, the customer marketing agency that combines data, creative and technological appraisals, and Muse, who provides support to brands and companies during sales motivation and sales promotion operations.
Loyalty Company has experienced vigorous growth with its strategy of targeted acquisitions and by steadily expanding its offers. Group employees now number over 160 with turnover of 30 million euros.
With the support of CABESTAN Capital 2, Loyalty Company aims to double its reach by 2020, in particular through a two-fold thrust consisting of a globalisation strategy and a policy of active external growth geared to attaining a critical mass for addressing the major issues of Big Data, retail, digital commerce and web marketing.
